libclipper2-dbg software package provides object oriented development kit for crystallographic computing, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclipper2-dbg
libclipper2-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclipper2-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclipper2-dbg *
You will get with libclipper2-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
